Today company has two working areas at its disposal. The first one is specialized on the producing of PVMS and premixes. The second one – on the producing of prestarter feeds and full milk replacer. Contemporary high productive equipment and computerized management of technological processes close out the influence of human factor on the quality of end products. The selection of raw materials for production is performed by the analysis of their quality in own laboratory. The quality of end products is additionally controlled externally by specialists of state laboratory.
Contemporary equipment and full computerized control of producing process permit to reduce time of performing the individual order of the client up to 3 days. It is implemented with the presence of all compounds for effective producing process:
- Department of raw materials preparation;
- Line of dosing and blending;
- Line of granulation;
- Elevator –with the possibility of raw materials receiving from vehicular transport;
- Line of sacking and packing;
- Warehouses of end products;
- Dispatch bay of packed products with total capacity of 100 tons;
- Computerized management of producing processes.
